By accessing or using the Masqify website and Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Masqify is a free, anonymous temporary email service provided "as is". If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Masqify provides ephemeral, temporary email addresses for privacy protection. Key features include:

• Anonymous alias generation without registration.
• Receipt of emails via encrypted channels.
• Automatic deletion of emails and aliases upon expiry (5 minutes).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Masqify does not require, request, or store user accounts, passwords, or personal identification. Your "identity" on the platform is linked solely to a temporary browser session or cookie, which is discarded upon alias expiry. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your active session.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable national or international laws or regulations.
• Engage in fraud, Spam, Phishing, or manufacturing of malicious campaigns.
• Receive illegal content or communications tailored for harassment.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

You acknowledge that Masqify is an ephemeral service. We explicitly do not guarantee the persistence of any data.

• Emails are deleted permanently from our servers upon alias expiry.
• We cannot recover expired aliases or deleted emails.
• You should not use this service for critical or long-term communications.

In no event shall Masqify, nor its operators, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, resulting from your use of the Service or inability to receive emails.
